Book in now for a ‘day on the tools’ where you can experience first hand what it’s like to be a professional window cleaner offering a first class property maintenance service on the coast. Training will be in the areas of:

Window cleaning tasks
Gutter cleaning tasks
Pressure washing tasks
Solar panel cleaning tasks
Pest spray tasks
Lawn mowing tasks

Candidates will be exposed to a real day of running the business and have ample opportunities to have questions asked and answered.

10 Steps to get you started

Franchise enquiry: SMS Leigh on 0407 620 143 to introduce yourself and suggest a good time to book an informal chat.
Informal chat: Leigh will call you to have an informal chat about the franchise opportunity and what the pathway is forward.
Expression of interest: paper work is a simple prospectus form to complete, it can be done electronically and returned via email.
Franchisee CV: can be emailed to Leigh directly to leigh@krakenps.com.au
First meeting: is face to face and can be done in person or via video conference. We look at the Operations manual and start up costs and financial projections.
Day on the tools: We take you along for the ride and you can experience a day on the tools to make sure you enjoy and are fit for the job.
Further research: now you can go away and conduct you research and we encourage you to do this thoroughly.
Second meeting: A face to face meeting with more formality. You will receive the non-disclosure doc, the franchise agreement and the franchising code in hard copy. You can have these for 14 days before entering the franchise agreement or paying any non-refundable money.
Accountant and legal consult: You go away and consult your accountant and legal advisors in preparation to sign the franchise agreement.
Franchise agreement: This is the final meeting where you sign the franchise agreement and your journey begins!
