The challenges we faced as a small business entity during the past 2yrs of COVID lockdowns and restrictions have been wide and varied. These difficulties ZAPPED our drive to keep going despite our best intentions…

So we made the executive decision to press on, with the mantra:

We have elected the FRANCHISED model

to continue the growth and delivery of our very popular window cleaning and property services business which now spands some 600+ active contacts.

*REBOOTING … and it’s impact on you:

The process to franchise our existing business has been in-depth however the minimal differences felt by clients are as follows:

*Identifying our new Branding: Used to be a light house but now is a giant pink squid with a moustache (The kraken).

*Our website: Used to be coastlinewindowcleaning.com.au but now is krakenwindowcleaning.com.au.

*Contacting us online: Our client portal is accessed on the top left hand side of our homepage. Simply ‘click’ the badge to enter.

*Chatting with us online: On our homepage a Facebook Messenger window pops up and you can chat to us in real time, please do.

*Is Leigh Roberts still cleaning?: Leigh Roberts is the owner of Kraken Window Cleaning and is still servicing clients on the Mornington Peninsula.

*Will I have Franchisee’s cleaning my windows?: Yes, we are currently in the marketing phase of selling our first franchise packages.

Successful Applicants

will undergo practical and theoretical training under the mentorship of Leigh Roberts. Franchisee’s will be made of

‘The Right Stuff’

and be financially invested in the pursuit of nurturing professional lasting relationships with clientele. In the event a Franchisee takes over your existing window cleaning tasks a formal introduction will be made.

*We only accept Credit Card payments to settle invoices and pay deposits. You don’t need a Stripe account you simply need a credit card or bank card to settle your accounts.

Since restrictions have lifted we are now in the process of managing our exisiting 2021 bookings…

We are at capacity for the remainder of 2021 however.

2020 will see us resume as per our usual prompt, accomodating, and professional standards our clients are familiar with.
